## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Updated RangerSqoopAuthorizer.checkPrivileges() in plugin-sqoop to: -- reject the request when the plugin is not initialized; -- reject the request when isAccessAllowed() returns null; -- keep existing behavior when a result is returned and access is not allowed. ## How was this patch tested? -- added unit test and test via mvn clean install -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
