While enabling plugins if UMASK is set to 027, some of the files / folders does
not have appropriate permissions. Because of this the enabling of plugins will
fail.
Need to give such file/folders appropriate permissions from the script.

Testing
-------
Tested on a multinode cluster in umask 027 environment (having Ranger, HDFS,
Hbase, Storm) for policy enforcement of Hbase and Storm.
