Hi

Thanks for all the replies. I don't seem to be getting replies to my email
address, but found all your answers on the MarkMail archive. I hope to sort
out all my issues shortly.

I had to moderate through your emails because you haven't subscribed to this mailing list, yet. Which explains why you didn't get any replies directly either :)

See http://rave.apache.org/mailing-lists.html how to subscribe.

Hi

My name is Dagmar and I am a developer at a not for profit company in
South Africa called Cell-Life <http://www.cell-life.org>. We are hoping
to use Apache Rave for our portal.

I found an issue (Rave-874<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAVE-874>) and
would like to submit a patch. I am following the instructions on the
website <http://rave.apache.org/get-involved.html> but am having a couple
problems.

    1. I cannot assign the ticket to myself - presumably because my apache
JIRA does not have enough permissions
    2. I don't see how to attach the patch to the issue (aside from just
    attaching a regular file)
    3. When I try submit my patch to the Apache Review System I keep
    getting errors like "The file

'/repos/asf/rave/trunk/rave-portal-resources/src/main/resources_jpa/dataContext.xml'
(r1433856) could not be found in the repository" (from the website) and
"The repository path "https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/rave"; is not in
the list of known repositories on the server." (using post-review)

I wonder if someone could be so kind as to assist me and point me in the
right direction. I am sorry to waste your time with such Newbie questions.

Kind regards
Dagmar
