The tar.gz contents don't look right to me. I mentioned this already in a previous email too.

This should be apache-resilientdb-v1.10.0-rc2/LICENSE Or better still: apache-resilientdb-1.10.0/LICENSE It is important that the file name is LICENSE and it can appear in a directory.
