Update: Sorry if my initial post seems a bit confusing.. All I know is:
Gord said he has to approve mailing list messages when they are sent from
the bug tracker, *OR* from me (in general).

I can see why general bug tracker approval may be warranted, but I don't
understand why I must specifically be approved.. Again, I'd truly
appreciate any insight or direction on where to go to find a way to change
that.

PS Does anyone know if general Bug Tracker approval can be handled by
multiple people, at least? (I am going to try and find that info, myself..)
