Well, I guess it isn't explicit but there are some implicits such as the
minimum requirements of jsk-lib.jar and jsk-platform.jar.

A proxy typically assumes these are present on the client (and they're
likely to be in order to do verification etc). And these classes have
certain JDK requirements to make them fly.
