Inca de la prima versiune localizata, pot si vreau sa fac lobby pentru o forma

Apropo de dificultatile pe care le ai in promovare, nu cred ca e nou ce
spun dar mi se pare bine sintetizat.
Pe o alta lista se discuta despre respingerea OpenOffice.org intr-o zona
a administratiei din Grecia, fiind enumerate o serie de motive de care
sint convins ca te-ai/te vei lovi si tu.
Daca sint valide sau macar importante, e o alta discutie, cert ce sa
sint motive folosite.

Hi,
in a recent bidding contest about installing information systems on a
part of the Greek public sector, a bid was rejected because the office
suite offered was OpenOffice.
The rejection rationale contains four items; the first two are about
its openness: it is claimed that there is no vendor and thus no
guarantee about the production of new versions, and it is said that
the GPL does not offer warranty (I don't know details, but this must
be an excuse; the bidder would normally have offered warranty).
What bothers me is items (3) and (4) of the rationale:
3. The office automation software offered, OpenOffice, uses
different file formats, which are partially compatible with MS
Office files.
4. Parity is achieved to a significant extent when a simple
Microsoft Office document is entered, but there are significant
formatting and data loss problems in cases of formatting and
features such as tables of contents, commenting, versioning etc.
Incompatibilities can reach 100% if the documents contain macros.
