Thanks for putting that together, it's looks good. I’d suggest some minor adjustments. First off there's no need to list completed items under the important issues section. The board what still needs to be done to graduate. I think the continued use of external GitHub repos should be listed here. Also given the large amount of activity it’s possible that potential committers are not voted in quickly enough? (Anyone else have thoughts on this?) Under community development you mention that external projects have finished been move to Apache, but it looks to me like more external repos have been added. Under "When were the last committers or PPMC members elected?” please note they were committers not PPMC members and that no PPMC member have been elected yet. (That’s the case right?)
