+1 to releaseI downloaded the release and ran rat on it. There are many files that have no license in them, notably many .xml files. According to Apache rules, if files have IP (i.e. not generated) they should have the standard Apache v2 license header. I don't think it's worthwhile stopping this release but it is something we should fix in future. [There are tools that help this task in the committer svn repo.]
