I was looking at the (new) Wiki and I don't see a "Release Proposal" for
version 4.1. I see some "Development Proposals" that are slated for
4.1, but no page for the overall 4.1 release. What's up?

I never created a release proposal. The main things I'd like to see in
4.1 are externalizable users/permissions management (done) and better
plugin management (e.g. standard way to package plugins and automatic
installation). What would you like to see in 4.1?

My big two are
1) "Externalizable users"
2) subdomains (http://blogname.domainname.com) and possibly even custom
domains.

I'd like to see if your externalizable users proposal and implementation
will work for my application. I need to read the proposal more
thoroughly and perhaps actually try things out.

I'd also like to give the Roller Atom Implementation a bit of a workout.
And perhaps see
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/roller/browse/ROL-1274 applied
if it still makes sense. I think (or at least thought) it makes sense.
And I think it allows using Spring config to pull the keys from JNDI
settings which is furthers my quest for the "holy grail" of being able
build an immutable Roller war that I can deploy to "dev", "qa", and
production servers without the checksum changing.

I also have some minor bugs (found while testing Atom Publishing) to
re-verify and submit.
