Hi, We have a MediaRss feed for our custom version of Roller working already. It was pretty easy to implement, just looked at the current feeds and made the appropriate changes to the FeedModel and velocity macros.
You can see it in action on one of our photoblogs: http://from10to300mm.pixyblog.com The feed is: http://from10to300mm.pixyblog.com/feed/entries/mediarss As we're using Roller as a photoblog, each entry has at least one image associated with it, so with this feed we're browsing the images for each entry, which is different to what you have proposed.
