Right now the Jenkins emails are going to you, me, and dev@, once @dev works we can remove the first two.

Hi Dave, I'm getting Jenkins CI to work with our Tomcat build right now
but I can't seem to get the Jenkins emails to be sent to
[email protected], presumably because Jenkins is not yet subscribed
to that list. I guess you're the dev-list owner, can you subscribe
Jenkins (or approve its emails) to reactivate it? Or is this something
I can do, if it's an infra matter I can send it to them.
