remove the test-utils submodule?

Hi, AFAICT the three classes making up Roller's test-utils submodule can 
be easily moved into the "src/tests" folder of the app submodule, both 
mvn clean test and mvn jetty:run should work fine with that.  Would 
anybody have a problem if I did that and deleted test-utils?
