Weblog search now returns only entries that are published at the time of the search. An entry that goes back to draft drops out of results even if its index document is still there. AtomPub also removes an entry from the index when an update leaves it unpublished, as the weblog editor already does. Test: `IndexManagerTest` returns an entry to draft and checks it is no longer found; the test now sets its two search entries to Published explicitly. Full build and tests pass on JDK 11. This PR and the search-fields PR both add a few lines to `IndexManagerTest`; whichever merges second needs a trivial rebase. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
