Hi Erik, Not sure what you mean by "install". I was only focused on getting the repos set up on someone's computer to make changes and push them. I haven't put in much documentation of the IDE-friendly packaging which I think we should use that doesn't use the Apache Flex SDK Installer. Instead you will be able to unzip a package and use it if you don't need SWF support.
I will tackle that tomorrow.
