I will be offline a bit over the next few hours. You should be able to click on "High Level" and "Features and Concepts" and "AS3" and "MXML" in the TOC and they should take you to pages deeper in the folder structure. Hopefully you can figure out the pattern and create other files. For example, the AS3 page has an href in the TOC as "/Welcome/Features/AS3.html". In the repo, there is a Welcome/Features/AS3.md. Jekyll files must have the "Front Matter" in them (the dashed lines and the stuff between them).
Jenkins commit hooks are still not working, so I've had to go log into Jenkins, view the project, and hit "Build Now" which generally takes a few seconds. I have to refresh the Jenkins page to see that the build passed. Then in the Jenkins screen there is "Last Successful Artifacts" and clicking on index.html should get you to the updated landing page. I saw you created a PR on GH, but you should now be able to use "git commit" and "git push" once you've done the GitBox account linking. Keep asking questions and maybe consider capturing some of it somewhere like our wiki for the next new committer.
