I see the structure now, and I presume that folders will automatically be
created if I post an .md page that lives in a directory for which there is
not yet a folder...anyhow, I did not see a way to create a folder.

I do not see a "push" option yet. so maybe something is incomplete in my
committer setup.

Oh, oh, this is my after-last question for the day: how does the structure
handle links from one help page to another? Absolute URLs or relative URLs?
