Migrate from Flex to Royale and learn ActionScript and MXML at the same
time it's a big task.

One approach (requires more time but you will end up konw more and build
from scratch):
1. Perhaps, "play" with TDJ: https://royale.apache.org/tourdejewel
2. Build a first Hello World with VS Code or Moonshine + Royale
3. Build something more complex, copying from the TDJ
4. Try to simulate parts of the original project

Approach two (faster approach but also requires that you know Flex):
Use emulation set components.
