Overall, looks like a good first draft. I know this month has gone
slow, and there's nothing wrong with that so long as the PPMC is
cognizant of why it's been slow. I'm not sure that's reflected below.
something like "getting the code reviewed for final publication took a
while / 3 weeks / whatever" would be a nice addition.

Just to echo Josh's comment, what's the biggest roadblock to a first
release, right now?

Was this a closed presentation? Any particular reason it wasn't
advertised on the dev@ list?
