Currently the HEAD contains {{LICENSE.txt}}, but according to [the
guide|http://apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#license-file-name] the {{.txt}}
extension is permitted but not encouraged. I'll create a pull request that
contains the renaming {{LICENSE.txt -> LICENSE}}.
