A side note: the tarball will now be named as {{s2graph-(version specified in
sbt)-incubating-bin.tar.gz}}, following the guideline that the name has to
include the word 'incubating' and indicating that it is the binary release.
Therefore we should reset the version in {{build.sbt}} to "0.1.0" for the
release. Setting version can be done manually, but using
[sbt-release-plugin|https://github.com/sbt/sbt-release], configured with a
maven repository, will make things easier.
