SAMZA-1132: LocalApplicationRunner for StreamApplication
LocalApplicationRunner runs the StreamApplication locally on every node
that the application is deployed to. LocalRunner.start() is blocking until the
process is killed or user invoke LocalRunner.stop() from another thread. It can
be configured to use Zk for coordination.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/xinyuiscool/samza SAMZA-1132
