Kohei Yoshida is developing s uch an add-on, see
http://kohei.us/ooo/solver/index.html. There's also the idea to make
something based on the lp_solve library, but this is currently postponed
to see what comes out of Kohei's work. So the best way to help is with
Kohei's component.
