Hi all: I am trying to implementate OpenFormula NUMBERVALUE(Text X; Text DecimalPoint).
1) According to the OpenFormula specification, formula NUMBERVALUE similar to formula VALUE, formula NUMBERVALUE is locale independat, and formula VALUE is locale dependant. I can reuse much of the formula VALUE source code, with little changes. I have only a little knowleges about locale, so i need some help. 2) OpenFormula specification and mailing list discusion http://lists.oasisopenorg/archives/office-formula/200703/msg00104.html have some different arguments, and i think the mailing list discusion is more correct.
