Best to remove DOS line ends from your sources before creating patches.

Which cws/milestone is your patch based on? I already removed that
rubbish in an earlier CWS that was integrated. In CWS odff06 based on
m43 there are no DOS line ends at that place. Please work on the odff06
source base, if possible.
