Hi Lihang (Charlie),

Thank you for your interest in the Seata project and this GSoC initiative!
Your background in distributed systems and cloud computing aligns well with
the project's goals.

To move forward, we’d like you to propose a design outline for how you
would implement metadata-driven load balancing and advanced routing in
Seata. Here’s what we suggest:

1.Explain how you would extend Seata’s existing load balancing mechanism
(e.g., LoadBalance interface) to incorporate dynamic metadata (e.g.,
region, latency, resource usage).

2.Describe how metadata could be collected, stored, and propagated across
Seata components (TC/Client).

3.Propose a routing strategy leveraging metadata (e.g., zone-aware routing,
weighted routing based on node health).

4.Highlight potential performance tradeoffs and mitigation plans.

5.Timeline arrangement

Best Regards,
Jiangke Wu(xingfudeshi)
