Hello Seata Community, My name is Lihang (Charlie) Shen, a senior student at Columbia University majoring in Computer Science. I learned about this GSoC idea and found it worthwhile, and want to contribute to it! (Unlocking the Power of Metadata in Apache Seata: From Load Balancing to Advanced Routing). Do you have any recommended good first issue for this project?
A bit about myself: -I have experience in Java, C/C++, Python, and frameworks such as Spring, Docker, and Kubernetes. My internship work involved building APls, distributed task processing, and data pipelines(e.g., at HireBeat and tHRive). -Academically, i've taken courses in Operating Systems, Cloud Computing, AdvancedSoftware Engineering, and NLP at Columbia, which gave me hands-on exposure to concurrency, load balancing, and performance tuning. I've also participated in hackathons (like the Innovate.DTCC Al Hackathon) and open-source projects focusing on data workflow automation and distributed architecture. Thank you so much for your time, and I have attached my resume for your reference. I look forward to growing through this experience!
