#1 - "apache" orphan branches with READMEs mirroring Joshua's pushed to all
repos. We can make that the default branch once the move is complete.
#2 - I've adjusted permissions on all repos to read-only for all
teams/contributors.
#3 - We only actually have 1 issue + 1 pr on user-ale. They're both >2 years
old -- [[email protected]] are they already handled? Similarly only 1 pr on
stout, which is old and definitely already in the codebase. Doesn't look like
there even is anything to port over. Once the last two repos sync, we should
be fully up to date, with only docs left to move to Apache infrastructure.
