converting existing Github issues into Apache Jira tickets, but I'm not sure.
Thank you. What I meant was that the Draper Labs Github source has progressed
(e.g. people have committed code) since the Apache repos were created. We nee
to make sure that the Apache source code is brought up-to-date with the
read-only Draper Labs source code. E.g. someone needs to push master and all
branches to origin which should now be @ apache.
