Guoquan, Yes, tagname conventions are mentioned in this section <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SENTRY/How+to+Release#HowtoRelease-Createreleasetarballs>. You can basically create a tag release-1.5.0, this would be a RC. If the vote passes then this becomes the release tag, if not we delete the tag and recreate the rc tag with the same name (release-1.5.0).
