I believe r1926676 was an "obvious fix" or under the RM discretion (I guess I have just volunteered to RM the next release...) so I backported it to 1.3.x and 1.4.x without any discussion. Don't know if it makes sense to backport this (and r1926679) as well... I saw Evgeny only published sha512 checksums for 1.3.10 and it is inline with ASF expectations so probably makes sense.
