io.servicecomb.transport.rest.vertx.RestBodyHandler is copied from io.vertx.ext.web.handler.impl.BodyHandlerImpl, and do some modify because we cannot extend io.vertx.ext.web.handler.impl.BodyHandlerImpl to change the behavior.
