I test the web page under Chrome's developer mode(Phone simulator), the top banner shows only a "Chinese" button, and a "More" menu where "Github" is included, I think it makes sense. By the way, there is also a Github link in the bottom banner's "Community" block, if the user can't get the GitHub link at first sight, the one in the bottom would also be helpful.
