thank you for Willem's suggestion, but I've already tried to add buttons below the three "latest version" button,but it seems that's not allow in our template. : ( I came out another thought, currently we already have "Downloads" item in the upper banner, it's duplicate with the "latest version" , so may be we can directly change the "latest version" to github links
