I agree that alpha only supports spring boot 2.x. However, it is recommended that Omega support both spring boot 1.x and spring boot 2.x. Maybe we only need to include spring boot 2.x in the release version, so we only need to perform the acceptance test of spring boot 2.x version, but allow users to compile omega of spring boot 1.x version.
