update cxf version used in servicemix

currently cxf version used in servicemix is 2.0.2-incubator.
Since cxf 2.0.3-incubator already released and 2.1 snapshot include some
important improvment, I'd like to update cxf version in servicemix, I think cxf
2.1 snapshot is better for servicemix 3.3 snapshot so that we can get any new
update in cxf in time.
Today I do a quick test, but get some jaxb, jaxws version conflict because cxf
2.1 snapshot use jax-ws 2.1 and jaxb 2.1.
I will sort it asap.
