just update cxf version to 2.1 snapshot for servicemix 3.3 snapshot
for servicemix 3.2.2 snapshot branch, I'd like to update to cxf 2.0.4 snapshot,
cxf 2.0.4 will be released next month, so that we can get a stable cxf version
when release servicemix 3.2.2
