Added a workaround so that the defaults are somewhat intelligent. If you leave
transacted="none" (default), then the messages will not roll back onto the
queues on error. If transacted="jms" or "xa" then the rollback behavior will
be default. This should allow most users to get the behavior they want without
setting the rollbackOnErroe flag manually.
