Unable to install webconsole feature if not connected to the internet

The webconsole feature has the following dependencies which are not shipped
with ServiceMix. Therefore the installation of this feature fails if there is
no connection to the internet. This is the case for our production environment
and our operation doesn't allow us to download needed third bundles on the fly
from the internet.
It would be nice, if ServiceMix comes with these dependencies:
