Hi Christian,
The webconsole feature is optional feature which means it's not get installed
by default when you start smx4, and the policy is that we must ship the bundles
which is needed for default installed features to avoid internet downloading
which can reduce time to start smx. So I'm not really sure we need ship those
jars with kit.
One workaround for your case is you put those bundle jars to your local maven
repo.
