There are a few outstanding questions that may be obvious to
everybody else:
What will we do with LICENSE.txt and pom.xml now in the trunk/
directory?
Should we create a separate trunk/tags/branches for site and move src/
site there?
What will we do with the tags and branches already created?
For tags we have
* SHALE_PRE_MAVEN2 for branches
and for tags we have
* STRUTS_SHALE_1_0_0
* STRUTS_SHALE_1_0_0_RC1
* STRUTS_SHALE_1_0_1
* STRUTS_SHALE_1_0_2
We could just move all those under framework/tags and framework/branches
