That will be a great idea, i.e. porting RDC to JSF I can help with this,
RDC + SCXML will be a excellent combination for developing speech
applications. One thing iam not clear on is the Shale+SCXML engine
integration architecture, I will try looking at the code.

Yes, I was interested in porting RDCs [1] to JSF, but am currently out
of time for that. Should be a worthy exercise, since the RDC spirit is
the only one that makes sense (to me) for VXML markup generation in a
J2EE environment. Questions about RDCs, ofcourse, are off-topic on
this list (the correct one would be [email protected],
please feel free to ask there).

Thinking for a minute what we'd get if this is done in conjunction
with Shale, you'd have SCXML driving your voice dialogs in an
individual view (RDC group container), and you have Shale driving
cross-view navigation, where you can now choose SCXML. Thats makes for
pretty, and recursive, MVC ;-)
