Understood.  I am hoping Paul or one of the other committers more familiar 
with the releases can comment on why that is not happening.

Hello Ryan,

Thanks for pointing me to the releases! However, you are voting on and 
doing official releases and you mention them in your board reports. These 
releases have to be [6] in the official "dist" folder of your project [4], 
with older ones in [5]. That is currently not the case, so I think it 
would make sense to correct that.

It's also nice to hear that you're working on an updated website!
