I like the monthly cadence and I am willing to learn some of the release 
management stuff.

Do you think monthly is the right cadence? 

Also, with the increased frequency and Paul's more limited availability, 
would it make sense to have a couple more release managers?  At Rave, we 
have started a rotation to reduce some of the burden of spinning releases.
