I've sent a pull request to the Waffle project with the basic realm
implementation that I posted in a Gist earlier. The version in the pull
request is integrated with the Waffle project build, and has basic test
coverage. I spent a little time investigating what would be needed to get
negotiate working based on Ryan's attachments, but it ended up being more
complicated than I wanted to tackle at the moment. Dan, feel free to start
working on this based on my GitHub repo, if you'd like.
