I'm mucking around with the negotiate stuff in a branch of my test project on
git:

It is a huge mess right now. The class I'm working on most right now is:
com.danrollo.dan.wafflenegotiate.WaffleNegotiateAuthFilter
Improvements are welcome (and please assume it is all wrong to begin with). ;)
