Yes yes yes!!

I’d like to split the core module up a little more too possibly pulling the 
permissions logic (not 100% sure if that would work). I played with it a while 
back and ran into issues with the OSGI bundling.

I’ve never been really happy with the “bundle” package type, mainly due to lack 
of knowledge (I think). Can you describe what you are thinking about for 2.0? 
Keep using the bundle plugin? Fix mixed package names in jars?
