Yes, everything on trunk will stay there. One advantage of delaying the
release of Feature API to SIS 0.5 is to give more time for peoples to
review and propose changes. If we were pushing Feature for inclusion in
SIS 0.4, that would leave very few time before API freeze (as much as we
can) for something that is going to be central to many SIS operations...
