Hello Dave and Adam

I did the following changes in the wiki, in the hope to reduce the risks
of confusion:

  * Removed the "Web site proposal" page, which was obsolete.
  * Removed the links to the reports for incubation project.
  * Removed the links to modules description, which were all broken
    (none of those pages existed).
  * Renamed "Getting started with SIS" as "Web application" and editing
    that page as below:
o Removed references to the incubation process.
o Replaced download and IDE integration sections by links to the
appropriate sections in the main site.
  * On the WIKI main page, added the following paragraph:

This wiki is used as a whiteboards for work under progress or
experimental features. It can also be used as a place where to
answer some questions (until we find a more permanent place in the
main web site) or provide temporary workarounds for known bugs. This
wiki does not cover the most stable modules. For more documentation
on Apache SIS, see the project home page at http://sis.apache.org/.

Is there any issue with those changes?

Martin
