Code change path for this ticket.
Tested on Linux secure and non-secure cluster, as well as on Windows.
There are 2 issues on windows that can't be reproduced on Linux:
1) slider diagnostic --all [application name]
[SM] See image @ 10:09:37 - there seems to be a bug. My cluster has one live
application but several Failed/Killed ones with the same name. See the image
@10:11:10 for the YARN RM UI.
2) slider diagnostic --level [application name]
[SM] Reported error, could be a bug
